Press Release

Canton, MA – Timberline Communications (TCI), a premier provider of end-to-end wireless infrastructure and telecommunications services, is executing a strategic expansion initiative launched in early 2026. Through the opening of new regional offices and continued investment in senior leadership, TCI is expanding its geographic footprint while deliberately diversifying and scaling its service capabilities to support growing client demand and long-term operational growth.

As part of this expansion, TCI has established new offices in Oregon, marking its entry into the Pacific Northwest, as well as Upstate New York and the New York Metro area, extending the company’s regional presence and delivery capabilities. TCI also anticipates opening additional offices across key domestic markets in the western and southeastern United States as growth continues.

“Our expansion is driven by client demand and a clear vision for how TCI supports increasingly complex infrastructure programs nationwide,” said Steven P. Kelly, Chief Executive Officer of Timberline Communications. “We are being intentional about where and how we grow — investing not only in regional presence, but also in leadership and capabilities that allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality results while broadening service capabilities for our clients.”

To support this growth strategy, TCI has strengthened its executive leadership team to enhance operational depth, execution consistency and organizational alignment across markets.

Among these leaders is Brian Savva, President of TCI, who provides executive oversight of performance, delivery and geographic expansion. A key focus of Savva’s role is to diversify TCI’s revenue streams by advancing the company’s presence across high-growth verticals, including wireless infrastructure, data center services, in-building network solutions and government programs.

TCI has also appointed Lee Mottard, Chief Operating Officer, who oversees operational performance and execution across the organization. In his role, Mottard manages teams, processes, and resources nationwide with a focus on strengthening capabilities, driving efficiency while maintaining high standards of delivery. He brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, spanning engineering, site acquisition, construction and network deployment.

“Our focus is building a leadership team and operating model that can scale with purpose,” Kelly added. “By pairing regional expansion with seasoned leadership, we’re ensuring TCI continues to deliver consistent, reliable results in every market we serve.”

With new offices operational and additional markets planned, TCI remains focused on disciplined execution, regional strength, and long-term value creation for its clients and partners.
