Brian Savva

Brian brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications infrastructure, with a career defined by strategic growth, operational excellence and building scalable organizations in complex, regulated environments. As President of Timberline Communications, he is responsible for expanding the company’s geographic footprint while strengthening operations and capabilities to support continued growth. In his role, Brian provides executive oversight of performance and delivery, aligning teams, processes and resources to support consistent execution across markets and strong client experience.

Before joining TCI, Brian led the full lifecycle of telecommunications infrastructure programs, from site acquisition and development through construction, project management and closeout. He led major wireless deployments across more than 40 U.S. states and four countries, building high-performing teams nationwide with a focus on disciplined execution, market expansion and long-term value creation.

In executive leadership roles, he has consistently scaled organizations, including launching and developing a construction services division that grew to more than $25 million in annual revenue in under four years. He was also instrumental in expanding a multi-market operation to nearly $50 million in annual revenue while establishing and leading a federal services division with meaningful operations across Latin America, Africa and Europe.

Throughout his career, Brian has demonstrated his ability to navigate diverse regulatory frameworks, manage nationwide teams and execute projects at scale. Known for team-building and results-driven leadership, he brings a collaborative, execution-focused approach that supports safe, reliable delivery and positions TCI for disciplined, sustainable growth.
