TCI pledges to fulfill this commitment by striving to achieve “Zero Accidents” each day. The execution of prevention-based safety programs is implemented through knowledgeable management practices, team participation and commitment. Through planning and continuous communication, we effectively work in occupied areas and avoid disruption while ensuring safety.

TCI has spent a significant amount of time, effort and resources in the development of our safety policy. Specific safety protocols are established before every project begins, with review by our Safety Director and the Project Manager. Communications continue throughout the project. Prior to any operation that requires special or unusual safety precautions, the Project Manager carefully reviews the operation with the Safety Director.

• Are voting members of NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors), offering extensive in-house, certified training.
