With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and government services sectors, Lee is a results-driven operations leader known for building specialized teams and leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the United States and internationally. Before starting at TCI, Lee began his telecom career as an architectural engineering field technician managing the creation of planning, zoning and construction drawings for network deployments in the Northeast. In previous roles, Lee advanced from area management into regional leadership, overseeing operations across the Northeast. He led the creation and expansion of multi-market business units along the Eastern Seaboard, growing them from inception to more than $20 million in annual revenue in under five years. Most recently, he directed field operations nationwide and oversaw work tied to large-scale government contracts, including deployments to Central America, Europe and Africa.

Throughout his career, Lee has built a reputation for identifying top talent, developing cohesive teams and driving complex programs. His combination of field-level experience, operational leadership and large-scale project execution positions him to strengthen performance, scale delivery and help lead TCI’s next phase of growth.
