Class A Office Connectivity Enhancement in One of Boston’s Most Iconic Towers

As one of Boston’s most recognizable commercial office complexes, International Place serves as a premier Class A business destination comprising two landmark towers and approximately 1.8 million square feet of office space. Supporting the connectivity demands of this high-profile, multi-tenant environment required a robust and scalable communications infrastructure capable of meeting both current operational needs and future technology growth.

To support a fast-tracked network enhancement initiative, TCI installed structured cabling and communications infrastructure throughout the property. The scope included ISP and structured cabling installation, deployment of new communications cabling systems, and integration of network technologies designed to improve connectivity, increase network capacity, and enhance overall system performance across both towers.

Working within an occupied office environment required close coordination with building management, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to minimize disruptions to tenants while maintaining project schedules. TCI performed cabling installation, termination, commissioning, system integration, and comprehensive testing to verify performance and ensure all infrastructure met project requirements and industry standards.

The completed structured cabling infrastructure provides a reliable and scalable communications backbone that supports voice, data, and wireless connectivity throughout the facility. By combining careful planning with precise execution, TCI successfully enhanced the property’s network capabilities while establishing a foundation for future technology expansion.
