Stephen brings over 16 years of technical industry and management experience as TCI’s Director of Technical Program Management and leads the internal staff and external technical resources through site commissioning and network integration activities for our clients He is also responsible for leading the engineering and networking team to envision future network and system operations for our in-building applications. Steve’s direct technical field operations knowledge offers a complete understanding of our customers’ network needs and system requirements to optimize performance.
Prior to joining TCI, Steve was the Field Operations lead in New England for Dish Networks where he laid the foundations for a new entry into a hypercompetitive and mature market. After providing business and office management for a legal firm in Boston, Steve initially entered the telecommunications industry with T-Mobile as a Senior Field Technician. There Steve honed his technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, serving as the Quality Assurance lead verifying installation workmanship. Prior to his promotion to Director of Technical Solutions, Steve served as the War Room lead, driving network quality, access and retainability metrics all in the positive direction. He brought continual quality improvements in the management role, driving operational efficiencies through bulk assignment methodologies while ensuring site preparedness even in the most challenging situations.
Steve holds numerous certifications in networking, software and platform applications supporting various carrier systems. He earned his degree in Computer Information Systems from Canisius College and served as the Captain of the Golf Team. He completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Norwich University.
Steve resides south of Boston with his wife, Lindsay, and their two children. He enjoys golfing with friends and colleagues and his downtime on the lake with his family.
